We found this great little park right by our hotel in Chicago where Sam and Kate got to swing and see the ducks. They both LOVED seeing their grandparents and I'm pretty sure the feeling was mutual. Sam has already told me twice this week that he misses Grandma and Granpda.

We had an early birthday party for Sam (which of course he loved). One of Sam's favorite things about birthdays are the party hats. Here he is with my sister Amy and her son Robbie.

Thank you, thank you, thank you to my Mom, Dad, Amy, Rob and Robbie for coming to see us. We love you and miss you already. We would love to have any of you in the land of Wisconsin. It's a pretty fun place-well that's debatable unless it's rummage sale season or you really like the Packers-but we are only one hour from Chicago! So come and we'll party!
